Just thought folks would like to know, I've signed on to teach a cooking
class at Pennsic.  It's basically "Medieval Cooking for Dummies", but
it's called "Simple Medieval Recipes" and it's an overview of recipes
from various periods that require minimal prep and cooking (thing like
salad, hanony, and the first course dishes in Platina).  It's 1.5 hours,
hands-on, and participants are expected to eat their fixings.  Limited
to 10 people, one session, although, Dame Elys willing, if folks here
think there will be the interest, I'll be happy to teach a second
session.

Oh, and just so you know, I'll be posting recipes here for folks to critique.
