    Campbell's Cream of Mushroom, Celery, or Asparagus sauce is particularly
popular in rural areas. Sometimes people will add a small can of peas
(ecch), and I've seen corn tossed in as well. Down here, it's usually served
over cornbread or toast. A variant I've seen of this is done with a can of
cream style corn mixed with the chicken. But I gotta tell you, we generally
regard this as trailer trash cuisine, though.
