It should be, if it's the kind of white surface mold that sometimes
grows on salami and summer sausage. Since it's mostly on the covering,
you can peel it off before eating. If it bothers you you can wash it off
with lukewarm water and a paper towel. Make sure you dry the sausage
before storing the rest, or it's get _really_ moldy.
