Well, Cariadoc, if it had been me, I'd have nailed them to actually do Real
Medieval Cooking (tm), with our advice, instead of the airhead sources they
seem to have come up with so far- all in the interests of education of
course ;-)
At least they plagiarized you in this instance, and not something like
Fabulous Feasts. They're getting better out there, if slowly.
