A true sauterne uses the Borytis infected grapes of 3 vines to produce a 
single glass of wine. A sweetened white fume or any other wine would not even 
come close to reproducing the flavors in a true sauterne. BTW, A true 
sauterne provides 25 servings from a 375 ml bottle if this gives you any 
indication of the intensity of flavor.
