Both of those subjects has been covered in detail, more or less, in past
discussions.
Guinea pig was problematical in that Although it was eaten when the Spaniards
arrived in the New World and then imported to Italy where it quickly gained
popularity for a period of time, there are no known recipes in existence from
that time that I am aware of.
Dormice were literally eaten to the brink of extinction but a redaction
substituting squirrel was posted to the list.
Cat has also been covered but any new information is always welcome.
Dog has not been covered and horse was covered extensively.
