It was kind of a thrown together thing.  IIRC here is what I did.  BTW I
hope you feel better soon.

Puff pastry crust, pre-baked
1 lb sage sausage
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" cubes
1/2 cup steamed broccoli with garlic (I remove the garlic after steaming for
this)
1 cup swiss cheese
4 eggs
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 425 deg. F.  Cook sausage.  In sauté pan, sauté chicken
cubes in a little olive oil.  After chicken is cooked, add broccoli and warm
through.  In crust, layer sausage, chicken, broccoli and swiss cheese.

Beat eggs until well blended.  Add cream, salt and pepper.  Mix thoroughly.

Place crust in oven.  Pour egg mixture over it.  Bake 15 minutes at 425 deg.
F.  Then turn oven down to 350 deg. F. and bake for an additional 30 minutes
(I put a aluminum foil ring around the crust to prevent over browning).  Let
stand for 10 minutes.  Cut and serve.
