Well, I have a copy of Anthimus. Will that do? And how much do you want to
translate? Here's two different things, the first is supposedly a recipe for
beef stew and the other talks about beer.

3. de carnibus uero uaccinis uaporatis factis et in sodinga coctis utendum,
etiam et in iuscello, ut prius exbromatas una unda mittas, et sic in nitida aqua
quantum ratio poscit coquantur, ut non addatur aqua, et cum cocta fuerit caro,
in uaso mittis acetum acerrimum quantum mediam buculam, et mittis capita
porrorum et pulegii modicum, apii radices uel feniculi, et coquatur in una hora,
et sic addis mel quantum medietatem de aceto uel quam quis dulcedinem habere
uoluerit, et sic coquas lento foco agitando ipsam ollam frequenter manibus, ut
bene ius cum carne ipsa temperetur. et sic teris: piperis grana L costum et
spicam nardi per singula quantum medietatem solidi, et cariofili quantum pensat
tremissis I. ista omnia simul trita bene in mortario fictili addito uino modico,

tollatur de foco, modicum sentiat et remittat in ius uirtutem suam. ubi tamen

15. cervisa bibendo et medus uel aloxinum quam maxime omnibus congruum est ex
toto, quia ceruisa, quae bene facta fuerit, beneficium habet et rationem
praestat, sicut et tisana, quam nos facimus alio genere. similiter et de medo
bene facto, ut mel bene habeat, multum iuuat.

You may be able to track this book down if you want other recipes.

_Anthimus De obseruatione ciborum On the Observance of Foods_ translated by Mark
Grant, published by Prospect Books, 1996, ISBN 0907325750.

It provides side-by-side translation from Latin to English so I suppose you
could check how close your translation might be to someone else's. The book
isn't exactly excrutiatingly scholarly but there's quite a bit about Anthimus
and his world at the beginning of the book.
