I posted several recipes for this a while back when we were 
discussing tajines and Maghribi food before - i don't remember when, 
but much earlier this year or possibly some time last year. I cannot 
find the message to repost. If anyone still has it, please repost it. 
Otherwise i'll see if i have time to copy it out again.

I posted several recipes and information from Paula Wolfert's book 
"Couscous and other Good Food from Morocco. Wolfert had an analysis 
of the ingredients in some she purchased - it had some questionable 
things in it like "Spanish fly" - she then included two recipes 
without that sort of thing, one more complex than the other.
