Phlip,
Not sure, but I think I sent Stefan the recipes from the Coronation feast I did
last year...if so, all of those are 14th century English/Norman.  They came
primarily from Curye on Inglysch.  If they are not in the Florigileum, let me
know and I'll send them to you, if you'd like.
