I'm going to assume you're joking.... but for giggles I have to say that I 
run a safe kitchen, and everybody there has signed a waiver. If it's obvious 
that the person can't handle the job, (and it usually IS obvious in the first 
few minutes) then we find something else for them to do. We have a good time 
and we don't give sharp knives to underaged people.

Pretty soon, if we're not careful, we're going to become a society of 
spectators IMO.
