But then again, probably not. I called my dad to find out how to complain 
about the branch in Norwich. I pulled into the parking lot with a flat tire 
and no jack on my IH scout. I went in to the bar side, which was open and 
serving members at 9 in the morning. I also had a cast on my left wrist.

Not only wouldnt they let me use the phone, nobody would loan me a jack, 
they all claimed that nobody had one hefty enough for the scout, despite 
the presence primarily of the older heavier full sized cars [some of the 
mid 70s cryslers and olds] and 4 full sized pickup trucks.


I ended up having to walk across the street to a convenience store without 
a payphone who nicely let me use their phone.

Gee, nice supporting action for the spouse of an active duty military guy 
who is visibally disabled!
