Bubble and Squeak is a left-overs dish which uses (predominately) cooked
potato and raw (?) cabbage formed into one frying pan sized cake (possible
held together with egg) and fried in (for preference, my memory tells me)
bacon fat.  Other left-over vegetables can be added - whatever is on hand.

On the other hand, Bubble and Squeak are the names of our drake and duck
respectively - the duck had a call which was just a little squeak when we
got her (also know as Bo and Peep - same logic).
