SC - sweet potatoes

I'm beginning to think that the sweet potatoes at the
grocery store 
are sweet potatoes and the yams they sell
are........sweet potatoes.  

Sweet potatoes come in several varieties. The skins
are usually(but not always) orange-ish but the flesh
can range from a buttery white to orange. they are all
different sweet potato varieties, and yes often
mislabled. yams are VERY different in appearance from
sweet potatoes.
