My General Manager just got back from a Natural Food Show, and he said he
had soy caviar there.  He said it was small, round, black globes of soy
that had been marinated in something that gave them a very convincing
caviar taste.  (Which is fine, I suppose, if you *like* the way caviar
tastes.)
