>1 egg yolk
>Dijon mustard
>Salt & Pepper

It's been a while, but I used to make this. They just screwed up. Take
the 1 egg, Dijon mustard, salt & pepper, light extra virgin olive oil and
lemon juice/wine vinegar for a smaller batch. Where it starts with the "For
300ML..." That just means what to measure for more mayo.
