This is NOT true. As per Dr. Kate Hutten, professor
of seismology at Caltech. She saya that there is no
such thing as "earthquake weather". Yes, earthquakes
can affect tides, but because of the harmonic
vibrations that radiates from the epicenter. A strong
enough set of vibrations can cause sunamies. However,
the only clouds that an earthquake causes are dust
clouds, caused usually by landslides.

Dr. Hutten says that what you are thinking of are
volcanic eruptions, which shoots ash and other
particles into the atmosphere, which then condenses
whatever moisture is in the atmosphere and causes acid
rain, amongst other things. Also, big enough
eruptions can put enough particles into the upper
layers of the atmosphere and that can change the whole
climate of earth. There apparently was a huge
eruption of Krakatoa during the 14th century, which
triggered the mini-Ice Age that hit Europe and the
rest of the world very hard.

But this is mostly OP and definitely OT.
