I'm sure that, by now, you've already looked it up...but just in case...you're
absolutely right.  IIRC, the arms and/or badge of the Barony of Bhakail in the
East Kingdom includes a salamander, and it is flaming.  It is one of my earliest
recollections of heraldry when I first got involved in this group!
