Two Fat Ladies- WAS SC - artichokes

Anybody here ever watch a cooking show with some little italian guy? After
watching 5 episodes of his show I stopped-every menu was the same, there was a
salad, there was a pasta and sauce [the sauce always based on varios sauted
veggies and a wine deglaze] a cooked veggie and some sort of dessert. Oy, after
1 episode, my husband and I could tell exactly what he was going to make just
from looking at the pile of ingredients he had on the counter. The only good
thing was he obviously didnt have an annonymous prep cook making him look good.
