Another problem with drinking milk is that it adds lactic acid to the
system. The muscles produce lactic acid as a wasteproduct in exercise
so adding more before you go out tends to decrease performance.
I wasn't sure about this but did expirience a significant decrease in
performance and endurance once when I had a bowl of cereal and then
went to fight.
