There is a fair amount of info on the Domostroi in this file in the
FOOD-BY-REGION section of the Florilegium, in case someone else
doesn't send you the specific bibliographic info. I bought a copy
of the Domostroi this last Pennsic as a remainder. I don't think
I have anything in the file that specifies where the dividing line
is between period and non-period recipes lies.
