For those keeping score at home, that is scored as an assist for Master A.  Thank you for That.  the impliued 'at least' is indeed my intent.  It would be even cooler to find the meat and potatoes cook eventually translating and redacting from Two Fiffteenth Century Cookery Books (for example).
