Selene asked about getting Kiri's menu.

Kiri asks for all's forbearance as she is in the Kindom of the West at
her company's training classes.

When she returns this weekend, she will make some minor adjustments to
the recipes and then she will post them to the sca-cooks list.

I was one of the four primary cooks who tried to replace Kiri as she
could not be there.


There were three removes:

Japanese
Chinese
Mongol


All were quite yummy, too.
