Actually I think the term you are looking for is "Moron". is where is the
moron who decided....., what moron would put high table against the window,
Whoever decided that pineapple garnishment on the roast ham is period is a
moron! etc.  After many feasts I have noticed this is a term used popularly
by many scadians and in fact many of the cooks involved in the feast
itself:)
