SC - Lebonese sweets

I'm sorry this is OOP, but someone just brought in a tin of sweets from 
Lebannon.  In the assortment was one I would very much like to re-create.  
It was like slices from a log thing with honeyed shredded wheat on the 
outside and stuffed with sweetened pistaccio nuts.  If anyone knows where I 
can find out about it, please contact me.
