Anahita posted a very good (and long) message on human nutritional
needs comparing vegetarian, carnivore and omnivore diets. I did have
a question about one statement, though:

When you say this, are you thinking of someone just eating muscle
meat or are you also including other things like internal organs? I
thought these internal organs were often the location of most vitamins
and minerals in an animal.
