This translation, by Arberry, of al-Baghdadi is included in the
two-volume period cookbook compendium put together by His Grace,
Lord Cariadoc of the Bow, available directly from him, info on
ordering on his website:
http://www.daviddfriedman.com/Medieval/Medieval.html

This convenient extensive Medieval and Renaissance cookbook library
in compressed into two volumes, also includes the Anonymous
Andalusian cookbook (also 13th c., IIRC), chockablock with yet more
period Near Eastern recipes - if you are also interested in the Near
East as well as the Middle East, and a few other useful Near and
Middle Eastern mss. Of course, you can also down load the the
Anonymous Andalusian cookbook off the web, links at the above website.

Supposedly a new edition of the 1939 translation of al-Baghdadi by
Arberry will be published this year, edited and annotated by Charles
Perry, so you can buy a new one of your very own.
