SC - Fried spinach recipe

Thanks so much for posting this recipe for me.  We are serving it at Garb 
Wars in the second remove and I just knew it would be easier to cook it if 
we had the recipe!  BYW the menu for that feast is as follows~

First Remove
Tart for an Ember Day
Pickled Mushrooms
Thousand Year Eggs
Gravlax
Bread, butters, cheese(?)

Second Remove
Venison
Fried spinach
Spicy chickpeas
Jellied Milk

Third Remove
Lamb, grilled
Asparagus with sauce Robert
Pilaf

We specialize in a desert board.  Everyone brings what they want.  No one 
has EVER been disappointed!  The funny thing is we never really talk about 
what we are bringing and we seldom have anything in duplicate and we always 
fill up a 6' table!
