SC - Pig parts - OOP, OT

Well - we just got a pig and split all the little packages that came from
the butcher into two piles - I have sausage and bacon and pork chops - I
really didn't have a say in how it was butchered. I, personally, would have
liked more roasts. Maybe next time we'll just get a whole one and get it
done to order......... Only cost me $100 for 2 coolers full of meat,
though.

Neck bones can be baked in the oven, cooked on the grill if you like to knaw
on bones. Best is to put them in a crock pot with beans for soup/stew or in
with saurkraut and potatoes and an apple cut up.
