I personally haven't, but tzimmis is often made with a piece of brisket.  
Just put your brisket in a roaster. Cook for half an hour. Open the roaster, 
throw in the uncooked tzimmis stuff and continue baking/roasting another hour 
or so. (depending how big the piece of meat is and how much tzimmis you put 
in.
