fall "kills" have less internal parasites and worms. more so with wild, than
farm animals, but the type of feeds available to both during the lean winter
months does not have the natural bulk cleansing action ... Spring kills are
culling the younger [ & lower quality] of the herd to fit the land.  Ru,
X-sheep/cow farmer, Hi-mountain camper, X-lumber camp cook.
