[Sca-cooks] Living on a period diet

Quite a while ago someone posted about
her and her husband living on a diet of
what they believed their period counterparts
lived on. It seems it was very healthy and
they lost weight on it. I put it in a keeper
file but can't locate it right now. Does anyone
have an archive file of this? I promised to
send it to a friend.
