[Sca-cooks] Not period, but well loved - a question

Here in the Kingdom of Meridies we have several dishes which are perennial
favorites, but are definitely from non period sources, like spinach flurry,
as well as those from period sources which are purposely cooked the wrong
way, like green beans and savory and roman roast, as that's how people seem
to prefer them.  I am curious to know which such dishes pop up in the feasts
of the other kingdoms in the SCA.
