Just came across this listing that Channel 63 WMBC
(which seems to broadcast or be carried by cable
systems in the NY and NJ area) is carrying
Italian Cooking & Living. The episode for today
August 19th is Forks, Fingers, and Fancy Food.
The description reads"
Cavemen ate with their fingers, and so
did the Greeks and the Romans, along with all the other
great populations that followed until the 1700s, when
the fork was officially introduced to the dining table.
Watch chef Luigi Diotaiuti from Al Tiramisu, Washington,
D.C., prepare a delicious Spinach Mold, flavorful Sautéed
Artichokes, and a velvety Ricotta-Honey Mousse.

Let's follow Paolo to Florence at the Accademia dei
Georgofili where there is currently an exhibition on table
settings and kitchenware of the 18th and 19th centuries."

Upcoming on August 26th at 2:30 PM A Medieval Banquet.

Has anyone seen these programs?
