There was a great deal of interest earlier this
summer in the product Splenda and it's use in
various drinks and syrups, especially for those
that are diabetic.

In a publisher's catalog, I 've come across
a mention of the first cookbook to feature
Splenda. It's called:

Unbelievable Desserts with Splenda. Sweet Treats
Low in Sugar, Fat and Calories by Marlene Koch.
19.95 usd. 128 pages. M. Evans and Company.
ISBN: 0871319640.Due out in September 2001.

The publisher says that it contains 75 recipes for
things like cheesecake, muffins, cakes, pies, and
smoothies. It might bear looking at if you are
interested in the product.
