A Cooks Symposium

Site fee: $5 plus a dish for feast
A simple lunch will be available

Join us for a day of good company, learning and eating!
Classes for beginners and advanced cooks.
Recipe Swap (day of event, bring copies of your favourite recipe(s))
Discussions on the art of cooking in the medieval style, modern
issues such as food safety and  networking with other cooks.
Raffles will be done for various cook books and cooking related items.

WANTED:People interested in teaching, please contact the Steward below.
                  Merchants (limited merchanting space avail).  for
cooking related goods.  Free tables with
                  donation of raffle item.

Site is bone dry, smoke free, handicap accessible (please advise
Steward to have lift available) and has decent kitchen facilities

Directions- Best route to Windsor via USA Tunnel or Bridge/ Canadian 401
from U.S. - tunnel exits to Park St, turn Left (west), next light is
Ouellette  turn Left (south) follow to Tecumseh Rd , turn Left
(east)...
                 -bridge exits onto Huron Church Road, follow to
Tecumseh rd, turn Left (east)
from 401- exit at Dougall Rd (3B), eventually you will come upon an
S-curve, it becomes Ouellette, follow this to Tecumseh rd, Turn Right
(east).....
Once you are on Tecumseh rd going east ....follow until Tourangeau rd
, look to your left behind the bank. signs will be posted.
