[Sca-cooks] Are these safe to use?

Question:
I was cleaning out my baking cupboard tonight and I came across a bottle of
organic barley malt syrup and a bottle of brown rice syrup. They are both one
fourth used. I have had them for 4 years.  Are they safe to use or should I
toss them?  What do you think?
