Hi,
quickie question:  What is a sous-chef and .....
There is this Brit com called _Chef_.  When the head chef comes into the
kitchen and wants to start cooking a dish he calls out...... at least I think
I am hearing him say:   "samash".. Do I have it right? Does anyone know what
he's saying?
