I know that the Baghdad Cookery Book and the Kitab al-Tibakha are the
complete texts that were previously printed in PPC.  The other articles he
gives credit to I am unsure of since I have not seen the originals of these.
I was not trying to say that this new book was the only source.  That was why
I referred him to the Publisher's Notes in the beginning of the book.  I was
only noting that the two works mentioned he already possessed.  I was just
trying to save him some research time.
