[Sca-cooks] pork picnic shoulder?

My favorite way to cook pork shoulder is to smoke it in my smoker. If I'm oven
baking, I like to use a baking bag and put in the same things as a beef pot
roast. Onions, garlic, carrots, potatoes, etc. Also great roasted, uncovered.
Then sliced and barbecue sauce added.
