    We just roll them into an egg shape, stick raisins in for the eyes, put
them in the smoker, and sell 'em as 'Rat on a Stick'. We just use a sweeter
mixture (add chopped dates), but basically, it's a smoked meatball. They
sell like CRAZY!!!!
