[Sca-cooks] Jell-o molds and other 1950's foods

Coincidently, this recipe was submitted to another List to which I subscribe.

SUMMER MYSTERY SALAD

1  1# CAN STEWED TOMATOES (2 CUPS UNDRAINED)
1 3 oz BOX RASBERRY GELATIN
JUICE OF 1 LEMON ( 3 TBLS)

Heat tomatoes; add gelatin and stir until disolved.
Add lemon juice and pour into a 1 QT mold. Chill until
set.  Serve with sour cream if desired.
