For a great gelatin that's a nice addition to a summer meal, follow the
direction on an unflavored gelatin package replacing the water with V-8 and
a little lemon juice. Depending on which variety of V-8 you chose this is
either savory or hot. If you want to get a little fancy, reduce the volume
of liquid by about 10 per cent and after the stuff has set thoroughly put it
through a large holed sieve and spoon into cups or small glass bowls.
Garnish with green onion or tomato wedges. Margarite
