My experience in the Southern part of the East Kingdom:
Feast-- $5 to $8 usually
Nuncheon -- $1 to $3 usually
Breakfast -- $1 to $3 usually, depending on how elaborate you want your
breakfast and how much you are relying on leftovers.

There is usually a feast cost separate from the site fee, sometimes there
are separate site fee scales for 'everything but the feast' and 'no food'.
