People here like to pay -- and charge -- for the meals they actually
plan to eat. Typical event is that staff and a few drop in Friday
(something taverninish sometimes occurs), most arrive some time during
Saturday, and leave on Sunday, except for the ones who go from feast to
car and drive home in the night (these are the ones living reasonably
close). Thus unpredictable needs for any meal, and pre-payment for them
helps in planning.

Breakfast:      SKR 15
Lunch:          SKR 20-30
Banquet:        SKR 50-70

(One US$ is SKR 10 and small change)
