[Sca-cooks] Breakfasts

Actually, it depends on the feast.  Something simple like a small local event
with a tourney or hunt would get around $5, whereas for the Kingdom Twelfth
Night I'm autocratting in January, the cooks (Bright Hills Cooks Guild) will get
$8 per head.
