Inga, I think we're talking about the same thing.  If there is a feast,
Eisental provides two meal levels: on-board, which is *all* food
including feast, and off-board, which is all food *except* the feast.
If there is no feast, such as at War Camp, it's all on-board.  Or all
off-board, however you want to think of it.

What I was commenting on was people who also want out-board, with no
food at all, or partial board - picking and choosing their meals.  Two
levels is workable.  Three or more is unwieldy.

And, if you've ever been to an Eisental event (Eisental is on your
northern border,) you'd know that thier events are generally *huge*.
War Camp gets several hundred people - I didn't get this years count,
but last year's was over 500.  It's far from a small event.  It's always
a struggle to decide how much dayboard food to prepare.  But, that's
easier than trying to keep track of who's supposed to be eating dayboard
and who isn't.
