Electrolyte beverages are ALSO a good idea if you have the runs. (Drank
almost 2 gallons of liquid on the way to Pennsic. I drank a
quart of gatorade before not feeling dehydrated, after a tussle with a
serving of fast food onion rings. Gah.)
