[Sca-cooks] Home Made Gatorade (OOP)

There are other things that replinish electrolytes...if you don't care for
Gatorade, as is my case.  Anything that contains vinegar...so even sekanjabin
would work, tea, various fruits such as cantaloupe, pickles, olives, etc.
