I pick mine up at Kroger's and Ukrops and Food Lion. All basic
supermarkets. Normally found in the "special" breads section. Arnold's is
headquartered in Totowa, NJ, USA & and baked in local places. The nuts are
Hazelnuts & Walnuts. The flour is Oats & Wheat [unbleached, enriched] with
butter and molasses. And then all that other commercial bread stuff.... The
loaf weights in at 1 lbs. 8 oz. [ 680 g].

Lady Angustias, I will forward you a scan {as a word-97.doc} of the package,
so you can recognise it by sight. Others may request it, I don't want to
burn
bandwidth for the group. Ru

PS. I have a scan of the back-side data, but its a FILE of 1,4 meg. the
front is only 300K. I'm on a cable modem so the size does not matter to me.
I think the max file size AOL takes is 2 meg. Ru
